test(timeout): copri toggleTimeout e listSpotVideos

- gameState: stato iniziale `timeout: false` e ciclo toggleTimeout.
- nuovo spotUtils.test.js: cartella assente/vuota, filtro .mp4 ordinato,
  estensione case-insensitive.
