Remove @strapi/plugin-cloud (deploy is self-hosted via Docker/Ansible, never Strapi Cloud), disable the admin NPS/Enterprise-promotion flags (single-admin panel, no upsell needed), disable Strapi's anonymous telemetry, and prune dev dependencies from the production Docker image layer.
