Rusty Russell 0274d88bad common/gossip_store: clean up header.

It's actually two separate u16 fields, so actually treat it as
such!

Cleans up zombie handling code a bit too.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
