Lagrang3 04bf0ae29d renepay: remove unnecessary payment list

We rather have a payment hash table to look up payments based on the
payment hash than having a list.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
