Rusty Russell 1f7905259b bkpr: forward utxo_deposit / utxo_spend notifications to new injectutxodeposit / injectutxospend calls. 
And thus we absorb them as normal when they come back as "foreign" entries.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
