We now add chain events for starting channel balances, so print these
out with chain first then channel events.

Makes it less confusing for channel lease fee events.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
