Rusty Russell 421adc6957 libplugin: take into account --i-promise-to-fix-broken-api-user for output. 
Somehow we missed this when we added libplugin support.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
