Rusty Russell f56b9e9b73 lightningd: deprecate @-prefix hack for offer recurrence_base.

Christian points out that this makes the type harder, and it's just awkward.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
