Rusty Russell 3c2a57598f spenderp: add channel_type parameter to fundchannel / multifundchannel.

And add a request schema for multifundchannel.

Changelog-Added: JSON-RPC: `fundchannel` and `multifundchannel` now take an optional `channel_type` parameter.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
