Rusty Russell 3fdae99524 libplugin-pay: make sure get_gossmap calls are balanced by put_gossmap.

This will become important when we apply localmods to the gossmap at these points.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
