We can create this scenario by having one path force close. We take
the opportunity to log this, even in non-slow-mode, since it's interesting
(not our bug, but someone just lost money!).

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only
consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be
automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with
commandline options).
