Rusty Russell 4b92c773df common: gossmap now always ignores private gossip_store messages.

In the next PR, they'll be removed, but for now all our code doesn't
want them.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
