For lsps0 we send JSON-RPC messages via custom messages over the
lightning network. This commit adds a basic implementation based
on custom messages.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
