Rusty Russell 7fb7234da1 askrene: change finalcltv to final_cltv, and return it in response.

You need to know it to make an onion, and in theory if we decided to
fuzz it could be different for different paths.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
