Apparently NixOS didn't have Python (sometimes!) so let's not assume. By reusing the JSON "parsing" code from cowsay, we can self-disable to handle this case. Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
