These are only populated if a proxy was specified, see
lightningd/plugin.c:1855, so we were getting upset when we expected
them and they weren't set.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
