Rusty Russell 6461815dd9 plugins/funder: fix parameter parsing.

This code was buggy: handing "1000" as a parameter to
min_their_funding_msat, don't turn that into "1000sat"!

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
