Rusty Russell 697780035f plugins/sql: remove size limit. 
Nobody has hit this yet, but we're about to with our tests.

The size of the db is going to be whatever the total size of the tables are; bigger nodes,
bigger db.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
