Rusty Russell 701dd3dcef memleak: remove exclusions from memleak_start()

Add memleak_ignore_children() so callers can do exclusions themselves.

Having two exclusions was always such a hack!

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
