Rusty Russell 9f92af9fab libplugin: use NULL to imply "take prefix from cmd".

This avoids jsonrpc_request_start() double-evaluating its cmd arg.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
