Peter Neuroth a05c2c9c2c plugins: lsps: add own trait for datastore provider

This now only makes it easier to test, but also more modular. It allows
us to use any kind of storage, not only the datastore.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
