This fixes a crash on startup of core-lightning where gevent could not
be imported. This happens before sys is imported and throws us into the
except clause which calls sys.
By importing it explicitly in the except clause we are not dependend of
the order of imports in the try bracket.

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only
consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be
automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with
commandline options).
