Rusty Russell a8a6a44679 askrene: clean up renamed functions.

We added _noidx versions of the sort functions, but now they're the only ones, we can
rename them to the old names.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
