Rusty Russell b5da85e85d plugins/renepay/dijkstra: improve API to remove global.

The global is an *internal* hack because dijkstra_item_mover doesn't
take a context arg!  It should be used with care.

Easy, since all the accessors exist: we just hand in the struct dijkstra.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
