Split them up how they are actually defined.
This commit is part of a series that refactor the lsp plugin crate into
a modularized crate with the goal to separate the actual plugin runtime
as much as possible from library code to make it accessible for 3rd
party plugin implementations.

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only
consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be
automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with
commandline options).
