There is no need to communicate via a generic JsonRpcClient if all
messages are well defined and we can use the typed transport to remove a
whole lot of overhead and just pass the ResponseObjects directly to the
Transport layer

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only
consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be
automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with
commandline options).
