Rusty Russell bd5d2d1673 libplugin: conceptually separate "total due" from "amount we're paying".

At the moment they're both the same, but we're about to change that.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
