A log event LOG_TRACE submitted by a plugin was being logged as
**BROKEN** by lightningd before this commit.
Changelog-Fixed: plugins can now log events under the LOG_TRACE flag.

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only
consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be
automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with
commandline options).
