Rusty Russell c5cde13af6 chanbackup: only send channel backups to max 2 peers at a time. 
This, too, is vital for large nodes, which don't want a significant
traffic increase.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
