Rusty Russell c715253af7 xpay: option to steal easy commands from pay.

Note: won't work with grpc (or probably other tools), since the output
is different.  But good for testing.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
