Rusty Russell 374db239be Makefile: ensure that cln-grpc depends on msggen generated files.

Looks like a build race, where we use it before it's finished:

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
