Lagrang3 ccb70de4eb renepay: minor fix

Use success_data_from_listsendpays to check if there are "complete"
sendpays instead of imposing the presence of "complete" sendpays as a
precondition for success_data_from_listsendpays.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
