Rusty Russell ccd9b21d04 autoclean: rest between cleanup calls.

This means we don't consume *all* the CPU.

Changelog-Fixed: Plugins: `autoclean` is now gentler on the node when doing giant cleans.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
