Rusty Russell e0aaf60bbd askrene: don't crash, just report, when a flow's remaining capacity is negative.

I'm not sure why this happens, and suspect it is caused by an issue elsewhere, so
add some verbose debugging, don't crash.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
