Rusty Russell 9aed594177 pytest: test fetchinvoice reply path which is not a direct peer.

Our fetchinvoice always creates a reply path which terminates at their peer,
so we need a dev overrride for that.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
