`getblockfrompeer` was introduced in v23.0.0, we want to skip this path
if the version of bitcoind used is below that.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
