Rusty Russell e8cfb40709 renepay: put the entire hash in the key struct.

As recommended by your TODO, a bit simpler: we also make the hash function
return a ptr rather than the (now rather large) struct.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
