Rusty Russell ba75f7bcf1 offers: remove blinding from decode JSON-RPC. 
Deprecated in 24.11, disabled in 25.05.

Changelog-Removed: JSON-RPC: `decode` field `blinding` (use `first_path_key` as per modern BOLT naming)

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
