Rusty Russell ea5ea14df4 establish_onion_path: allow establishment via any connected peer.

We only need a connection with a peer, not an actual channel.  So
add all peers to the local gossmap.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
