- certificate generation
- config options validation
- log level from 'error' to 'info'
- sending method as None instead ""
- added `listclnrest-notifications` for websocket server rune method

Changelog-Fixed: websocket server notifications are available with
restriction of `readonly` runes

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
