The extra_fee tlv appended to the update_add_htlc message is set by the
LSP and should specify what was deducted from a single htlc. If it does
not match the expected amount, we log a warning message.

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only
consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be
automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with
commandline options).
