Rusty Russell efacada7dd spender: fix multifundchannel ids.

They're not always 34 (aka '"').  This is a side-effect of ids
changing from u64 to strings quite a while ago.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
