Rusty Russell f58079e559 CI: Remove non-working FreeBSD test. ...

It takes over an hour to run, because there's no FreeBSD wheel for the cryptography Python
package, and it builds it, in Rust, from scratch.

And eventually, takes over 125 minutes and times out.
