Rusty Russell f64d48e716 plugins/pay: fix crash if we try to self-pay a bolt12 invoice.

It doesn't work but at least now it doesn't crash!

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
