Separate concerns of the lsps2 modules into their respective layers:
core for tlv, as it is lightning related, not specifically
core-lightning. cln_adapters for core-lightning related types.

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only
consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be
automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with
commandline options).
