This commit separates the business logic from core-lighting behaviour
and moves the core-lightning related implementations into the
cln_adapters module.
Splits up tests as well

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only
consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be
automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with
commandline options).
