Rusty Russell 6cf3d47505 offers: remove backwards-compatiblity invoice_request signatures.

We changed the field name in v0.11.0, so this breaks compat with
v0.10.2.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
