The `on_invoice_payment` hook is called when core-lightning successfully
collected all parts to an invoice. We'll use this to clean up the the
datastore when an invoice completes.
Caveat: This will be called on every succesfull invoice payment, we may
improve this in the future.

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only
consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be
automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with
commandline options).
