Rusty Russell d5c2c486f1 askrene: close files in child to isolate against bugs.

This makes sure it cannot interfere with the parent askrene's
connection to lightningd, for example.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
