SomberNight 2cc76fbbbd lnworker: fix type error re pending_payments, and impl malformed htlcs ...

In old code, in lnpeer.htlc_switch(), "error" in lnworker.pending_payments
had incorrect type.

TODO: we need tests for payment failures...
